There's a fitness program or class for everyone - water exercise, massage therapy, chair exercise, walking activities and the Group Health certified EnhanceFitness® program classes to name a few. Our staff offers blood pressure checks and monitors abilities and limitations for each participant. Our fitness staff will tailor the perfect program to suit your needs, interests and abilities.
