Dining Experience at Village Green

At Village Green our residents enjoy dining prepared by a highly trained staff under the guidance of our own Chef Michael. We focus on bringing a wide variety of menu choices tailored to the preferences of our residents. Our residents will always find a variety of menu items to suit their taste.

We work to ensure that special dietary needs for each of our residents are met. All of our foods are prepared with a minimum amount of salt and sugar-free desserts are offered at every meal. You will be able to dine with us knowing that your nutritional requirements will be met each day in a menu designed to be healthy, delicious and full of choices.

All of our meals are served restaurant-style so residents have the opportunity to socialize with friends in one of our many intimate dining areas.

Sample Breakfast Menu

Eggs to order - Two eggs, prepared to your liking served with bacon, sausage, or breakfast ham

Two-Egg Omelet - Your choice of Spanish, Denver or Ham & Cheese, or create your own.

Buttermilk Pancakes - Short stack of delicious buttermilk pancakes served with maple syrup.

Sample Lunch Menu

Spaghetti with Meat Sauce - This comfort-food classic is served with fresh Caesar salad and toasted garlic bread.

Grilled Cheese Sandwich - toasted on the outside, melted cheddar cheese on the inside. Select the side dish you love most to go with it!

Chinese Chicken Salad - Mixed greens topped with roasted chicken, sliced red & green peppers, pineapple, Mandarin oranges, toasted cashews, water chestnuts, fried wantons; with sweet sesame seed dressing.

Prime Rib - Slow roasted and served with seasonal vegetables, garlic mashed potatoes, and freshly baked bread

Roast Chicken - Fragrant and savory, this chicken is served with seasonal vegetables and rice

VG Melt- Thick sliced sourdough bread grilled with Dijon Maple spread, spinach, Brie cheese, apple smoked bacon, and sliced apples.
